Dear Pat,
I must assume that you want to sell online, materials from various artists
which you will copy and compile as your clients may request you to do. Then
you will copy labels of other companies.
Doing this would be legal if you have explicit permission from the
recording companies where you copy the songs and music or you pay licensing
fees from these companies. The same way as copying artwork from other
companies.
If you do this without permission, you will be inviting a big, big trouble
sooner or later. Do you remember what happened to Napster.com?
I recommend that you consult a lawyer before you attempt to do
anything like this one.
Good luck!
